By creating an account or using DebtCleared ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who Can Use the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use DebtCleared. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• ·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ·You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ·Notify us immediately at support@getdebtcleared.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• ·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment and Access

DebtCleared requires a one-time payment of $7.99 USD to access the app, processed securely by Stripe.

• ·The one-time payment grants you permanent access to all current features.
• ·We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.
• ·After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.
• ·We reserve the right to change pricing for new users. Your existing access is not affected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ·Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• ·Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.
• ·Transmit any malware, spam, or harmful content.
• ·Resell or sublicense access to the app.

6. Your Data

You own your debt data. We store it securely on your behalf. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DebtCleared is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from data loss. The debt payoff calculations are estimates — consult a financial professional for personalized advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DebtCleared shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or financial decisions made based on app calculations. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code in DebtCleared is owned by DebtCleared unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DebtCleared operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
